This agreement (Mobius Grid Policy, also known as Terms Of Service, TOS) describes the terms on which Mobius Grid offers you access to it's interactive entertainment products.
By logging into Mobius Grid or any of its affiliated services, you agree to and accept these terms incorporated into this agreement policy. If you do not so agree, you should decline this policy, in which case you are prohibited from accessing or using Mobius Grid and any affiliated services.
Certain products or services offered by Mobius Grid or its affiliates may be governed by additional terms presented in conjunction with those services or products. You must agree to those terms. In the event of an inconsistency between the terms, the additional terms shall control.
Some parts of Mobius Grid may contain adult content intended for persons 18 years of age or older. By entering these locations/viewing this content, you are representing that you are at least 18 years old and the content is acceptable to you. If you do not accept the content you are seeing, you shall leave that area or close the viewer.
YOU MAY NOT USE MOBIUS GRID, WEBSITE OR OTHER SERVICES FOR ANY PURPOSE THAT IS UNLAWFUL OR PROHIBITED BY THIS AGREEMENT. YOUR ACCESS TO MOBIUS GRID SERVICES MAY BE TERMINATED IMMEDIATELY IN MOBIUS GRIDS SOLE DISCRETION, WITH OR WITHOUT NOTICE, IF YOU FAIL TO COMPLY WITH ANY PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT AND/OR ADDITIONAL TERM, OR FOR ANY OTHER REASON, OR NO REASON.
This agreement is effective as of Febuary 12th 2019. Mobius Grid reserves the right to change, modify, or alter this agreement and any additional terms at any time. You will be required to accept any changes to continue logging into and using Mobius Grid and any related services. Your use of Mobius Grid and any affiliated services constitutes your acceptance to these changes without limitation. If you do not accept the changes, you must immediately discontinue use of Mobius Grid and any affiliated service.
-18 years of age or more: If you are over 18 years of age you are eligible to use Mobius Grid and enter in any area.
-16-17 years of age: You are permitted to enter Mobius Grid, however, you are restricted to G (General) rated locations only.
-15 years of age and under: You are NOT permitted to use Mobius Grid or any portion of it's services. You are NOT permitted to create an account.
Content that may be explicitly sexual, intensely violent or of any adult/mature designation may only be in locations designated as Adult or Mature. You further acknowledge you will comply with all U.S. Laws as well as any additional terms that may apply set forth herein this policy or any additional terms. While using any Mobius Grid service, all U.S. Laws apply.
Mobius Grid as well as many other services offered by Mobius Grid requires you to open an account. You must complete the specified registration process completely with accurate information requested. It is your responsibility to keep the information current & up to date. Any loss caused by your failure to do so us your responsibility. It is entirely your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your password and account. Additionally, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. Mobius grid is not liable for any loss you may incur as result of someone else using your account either with or without your knowledge.
In addition, individuals prohibited by Mobius Grid from using the services, may not create or use an account, by doing so may result in severe civil & criminal penalties. Parents & guardians of children under the age 18 agree that you will be responsible for all uses of the product or service by your child whether or not such uses were authorized by you. No persons under the age of 16 are authorized on Mobius Grid.
A. It is your responsibility to restrict access to content you create using the Mobius Grid permissions system. This includes content you create as well as land you own. Using the permissions system for content allows you to limit others from your choice of modify, copy and transfer. Private virtual land tools allow you to limit who can enter & modify your land.
B. You can use a Creative Commons license agreement, patent or copyright on your work you create. This must be stated on your work with appropriate attachments and links. Any work covered by one of these licenses is covered by the policy protecting it between yourself and the licensing person(s), company, ect. Mobius Grid shall not be held accountable for any violations that may occur to that agreement.
C. All U.S. Copyright laws apply.
D. If it is reported and proven that you uploaded and/or rezzed/posted copyrighted content by the copyright owner, the content will be removed. Mobius Grid respects the intellectual property rights of third parties and complies with the term of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). By uploading/creating material or images on Mobius Grid, you are granting permission to have this material on Mobius Grid & that you are the rightful owner & no one else can claim rights to said material. Mobius Grid reserves the right to remove access to infringing material.
E. If you believe YOUR work has been copied in any way that constitutes copyright infringement defined by the DMCA, you may contact us at:

Be advised, your claim must include:
A) A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner
B) Identification/location of the copyrighted work
C) Information reasonably sufficient to allow us to contact the complaining party such as email and phone number.
D) a statement you believe the use material in the manner is not authorized by the owner, it's agent or the law.
E) A statement that the information is accurate, under penalty of perjury, YOU ARE AUTHORIZED TO ACT ON BEHALF OF THE OWNER. This process only relates to reporting a claim. Inaccurate matters will not receive a response.
All access to Mobius Grid using any viewer including third-party viewers is subject to these terms of service. Mobius Grid is not responsible for any problems that may result from using any third-party viewers. This includes but not limited to misc. Bugs in the viewer that causes undesired or harmful results to, including but not limited to, your inventory, streams, service, or payment/money transactions. Mobius Grid is also not responsible for any personal information the third-party viewers may collect from you. Any separate charges or obligations you incur in your dealings with third-parties are not part of the fee, if any, charged for Mobius Grid services.
For additional terms applying to contests or sweepstakes conducted by Mobius Grid, refer to that contest or sweepstakes terms information. By participating in any contests or sweepstakes controlled by Mobius Grid, you agree to those additional terms.
A. Mobius Grid reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate this Mobius Grid game, website and/or any portion thereof, including any Mobius Grid service and/or your account, password, or use of any Mobius Grid service, or any portion thereof, at any time for any reason with or without notice to you.
B. If your account is terminated, you may immediately lose access to all of your content including but not limited to items, land/property, and your virtual inventory. Mobius Grid reserves the right to archive your inventory, if needed, to use as evidence against you if legal action is taken and/or destroy/delete all items/content related to your account.
A. Mobius Grid offers premium services via-subscription services. By using Mobius Grid premium services, you will be subject to any charges and rules set forth in the additional terms for that service.
B. You may cancel your membership at any time on the Mobius Grid website.
C. We reserve the right to terminate your premium service or any portion thereof at any time without notice.
In no event shall Mobius Grid, its subsidiaries, distributors, agents, affiliates, licensors, suppliers or otherwise making available Mobius Grid & its contents, be liable to any person or entity whatsoever for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, compensatory, consequential, or punitive damages, or damages whatsoever, including but not limited to: A) Loss of goodwill, profits, business interruption, data, inventory, virtual goods, or other tangible losses; B) Your inability to use, unauthorized use of, performance, or non-performance of Mobius Grid; C) Unauthorized access to or tampering with your personal information or transmissions; D) The provision or failure to provide any service; E) Errors or inaccuracies contained within Mobius Grid or information, services, software, products, servers and related graphics obtained on Mobius Grid; F) Any transactions entered into thru Mobius Grid including with other users; G) Any property damage to your computer or computer system caused by viruses or other harmful components, during or on account of access to or use of Mobius Grid, the website, or any site to which it provides hyperlinks; or H) Damages otherwise arising out of the use Mobius Grid and/or its services. The limitations of liability shall apply regardless of the form of action, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise, even if Mobius Grid has been advised of the possibility of damages.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mobius Grid, its subsidiaries, agents, distributors and affiliates, and their directors and employees from & against any & all claims, actions, demands, liabilities, costs & expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys fees, resulting from your breach or any provision of this agreement, additional terms, or any warranty you provide herein, or otherwise arising in any way out of your use of Mobius Grid and any related service/software. Mobius Grid reserves the right to take exclusive control and defense of any claim otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will cooperate fully with Mobius Grid in asserting any available defenses.
Mobius Grid may contain links to websites operated by third-parties. Mobius Grid does not monitor or control the linked sites & is not liable or responsible for any content uploaded, displayed, availability, reliability, products, or services on those sites. If you access any third-party site, you do so at your own risk.
Mobius Grid may enable you to order & receive products, items, information and services, either physically real or in the virtual environment, from business that are not owned or operated by Mobius Grid. The purchase, payment, warranty, guarantee, delivery, maintenance & all matters concerning the items, services or information ordered or received are solely between you and such business.
Mobius Grid does not endorse, warrant or guarantee such products, information or services & is not liable for the accuracy, completeness, usefulness or quality of such items. Any seperate charges or obligations you incur in your dealings with these third-parties are your responsibility and are not part of the fee, if any, charged for Mobius Grid.
Your use of, and reliance on any advice or information obtained from or through Mobius Grid or its services, is at your own risk. All content & services, text, graphics, inventory & software contained within or available through Mobius Grid are provided to you "AS IS", "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Mobius Grid makes no representations or warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied, as to the operation of Mobius Grid, its website, or other services.
Mobius Grid disclaims all representations & warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, to the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law. Mobius Grid does not guarantee it will operate error-free or uninterrupted, that defects will be corrected, or that its servers will be free of viruses and/or other harmful components. Mobius Grid is not responsible for any failures caused by server errors, misdirected or redirected transmissions, failed internet connections, interruptions in the inventory transfer system or Mobius Grid services or any computer virus or other technical defect, whether human or technical in nature.
Mobuis Grid uses virtual currency called "Gloebit" and "Paypal", third-party virtual currency handlers. This currency is used to purchase virtual content & land. "Gloebit" & "paypal" use is governed by their policies.

A. Virtual land is virtual space stored on our servers. It is of three-dimensional space. Mobius Grid may require you to pay a fee to acquire, transfer, or access personal virtual land. Mobius Grid reserves the right to modify the price of virtual land at any time.
B. You may use the land management tools to allow or deny others access to your virtual land. Virtual land is not real and cannot be redeemed for any sum. Mobius Grid reserves the right to change, control, modify or eliminate any virtual land with or without notice to you and with or without refund to you. All private virtual land in Mobius Grid is subject to these terms as well as U.S. Law.
C. Mobius Grid reserves the right to randomly "spot-check" private sims to verify content and activities are within this set policy and U.S. Law. Violations will be handled accordingly.
D. Mobius Grid is not accountable for any virtual land purchased elsewhere outside of Mobius Grid.
Accessing materials on Mobius Grid by certain persons in certain countries may not be lawful & Mobius Grid makes no representation that materials are appropriate or available for use in locations outside of the United States If you access Mobius Grid from outside of the United States, You do so at your own risk & are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.
If you connect your social media account, your social media contacts may be able to associate your account username on Mobius Grid with your real name & info on your account. Your social media accounts are subject to their own third-party terms.
Your username/screenname is used to identify you on Mobius Grid & cannot be changed or modified. Additionally, you may create a group (collectively "groups") with unique group names to form different "guilds","squads","teams" or "groups". When you choose a username or group name, or a label that can be seen by other users, you must abide by all the guidelines stated in these terms as well as the rules of common decency. If Mobius Grid finds such a username to be offensive or improper, it may, in its sole discretion, change or remove the name and/or suspend or terminate your account and use of the service.
In addition, you may NOT use any name that:
A) incorporates vulgar language that's offensive, defamatory, obscene, hateful, racist, sexually, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.
B) Is subject to rights of any other person or entity without written authorization from said person or entity, such as impersonating a Mobius Grid administrator.
C) Is related to drugs, sex, alcohol or criminal activity.
D) Use misspellings or an alternative spelling to circumvent the name restrictions listed above, nor can you have a "first" and "last" name that, when combined, violate the above name restrictions.
A. You may participate in Mobius Grid by reading & agreeing to the terms of service agreement & these additional terms, and by completing the registration process, where one is provided. If you do not agree to abide by the terms of service agreement & these additional terms, you may not use Mobius grid services.
B. You agree you will not:
1) possess, deliver or engage in any unlawful (according to local, state, federal or international law or regulation) or have possession of products, items, content or offer services of any material or behavior which advocates illegal activity. This includes but is not limited to posts, displays, objects, transmissions, text, images or interactions that encourages or facilitates sexual "age-play" (using child-like avatars in a sexualized manner). You agree, in the event you violate this term, we may report any and all such incidents and your personal information to authorities whether or not it violates the law of your local jurisdiction.
2) An adult will not impersonate a minor for the purpose of interacting with a minor on Mobius Grid services, or engage in any inappropriate conduct with minors on Mobius Grid.
3) (if an adult over 18) attempt to contact or meet a minor outside of Mobius Grid.
4) Post, display or transmit content that's explicitly sexual, intensely violent or otherwise deemed to be marked "mature" outside the mature/adult locations.
5) Deliver, provide links to or rez content containing material that harasses, victimizes, degrades, intimidates an individual or group on the basis of religion, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender, age or disability.
6) Deliver or rez anything that violates intellectual property, including, without limitation, copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets or privacy rights. (Examples of what you can upload is A; images you have rights to such as textures/objects you created, B; 3D models you created or have full rights to).
7) Have mature/adult or offensive imagery as your main and/or first life picture in your profile.
8) Use Mobius Grid in any manner which could damage, disable, overburden or impair or interfere with the use of Mobius Grid or other users computer equipment or cause damage, disruption or limit the functionality of any software, hardware, or communications equipment including but not limited to, hacking, uploading or transmitting to Mobius Grid servers any viruses, trojan horses, worms, or other disabling or harmful software intended to damage, interfere with, intercept or monitor or take over another computer.
9) Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Mobius Grid servers, accounts, computer system, or networks connected to Mobius Grid, through hacking, password mining or any other means.
10) Post, transmit or have possession of illegal content and/or imagery including but not limited to, beheaddings, child poronagraphy, and rape.
11) participate in any gambling activities.
12) Impersonate any person (outside of role-play) or entity, including but not limited to Mobius Grid staff.
13) Disrupt normal product functionality, or otherwise act in a manner that negatively affects other participants and/or the overall product experience. The only exportable content is content you yourself have created or content marked with the "export" permission.
You are solely responsible for all content & activities on your account. Any violations of these provisions can subject your Mobius Grid account to immediate termination, and, possibly, further legal action.
Mobius Grid does not control & is not responsible for objects, activities or behaviors by others. Mobius Grid is not obligated to regularly monitor activities in Mobius Grid. However, Mobius Grid reserves the right to do so at any time in its sole discretion, for any reason, or no reason, and delete objects or terminate accounts with or without notice. Mobius Grid is not responsible or liable for damages of any kind arising from any activities, objects, scripts or posts even when Mobius Grid is advised of the possibility of such damages. The activities, opinions & creations expressed in Mobius Grid are not necessarily those of Mobius Grid or its providers, sponsors or affiliates. You acknowledge that any reliance on material posted by others will be at your own risk. Mobius Grid shall be entitled to the use of snapshots, screenshots, video or other material of items rezzed in-world or any content on its services, for any type of use, forever, for any reason, including for promotional and advertising purposes.

This statement underlines the Mobius Grid practices with respect to the collection, use & disclosure of personal information. Personal information is information that allows us to contact you (such as email, home address or phone number), or other information, that when linked to your name or contact information, allows us to personalize your visit to our service by providing you with information that suits your interests.

Mobius Grid may offer shopping services, which may be offered by us or by a firm that operates a store under contract with us. If we offer (RL, Real Life) shopping or other commercial services, you will use a customer order form to request information, products & services. The order form may ask for your contact information like name, email, financial information, street address, ect. We will use the financial information that you provide to bill you for products/services. By providing this, you authorize us to use this to fulfill your requested order.
We will not otherwise use or distribute your financial information without your approval.
Mobius Grid is not responsible for personal information you display publicly. Please remember that information you disclose publicly, becomes public information & you should exercise caution when deciding to disclose your personal information.
We may use your IP & MAC address to administer our services, to help diagnose problems with our servers, to analyze trends, track users, to help identify you, your shopping cart & to gather demographic information. Mobius Grid reserves the right to archive log files on our servers. Mobius Grid will never distribute, trade or sell copies of the log files with the exception stated in Privacy Statement section 10.
Mobius Grid services may use a standard technology called a "cookie" to collect information about how you use our services. Cookies reside on your computer & help our services to recognize you as a previous user. Cookies may be used to save & remember registration information or preferences or passwords so you don't have to re-enter it each time you use Mobius Grid or its website. In addition, we may also use a "session cookie" that expires when you close your viewer/browser & does not retain any information about you after it expires.
Children under age 16 are not permitted to use Mobius Grid. This service is consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Act (COPPA).
-We do NOT collect, use or disclose personal information of children under 13 (*minimum age for Mobius Grid is 16).
-In the event a child attempts to register on our site, we will NOT accept the registration & we will delete information received from the child.
-In the event a child creates an account by giving false information, we will attempt to delete the information once we become aware of it & terminate the account.
Mobius Grid employs reasonable security measures consistent with standard industry practice. We believe we have adequate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against loss, misuse or alteration of your personal information. We use internal protections to limit access to your personal information to only those employees who need it to perform a specific job.
If Mobius Grid is sold to or merges with another company, some or all of your information may be transferred to the buying/surviving company. Mobius Grid will seek to obligate the acquiring company to use the information in a manner consistent with this statement, but cannot guarantee the acquiring company will comply.
Be aware that Mobius Grid may be required to disclose your personal information to government agencies or other specific third-parties under certain legal circumstances, such as court or regulatory proceedings. If a warrant is issued for your information, Mobius Grid can no longer withhold your personal information, log files and activities logged from your IP using our services and it will all be released to the warranting agency.
This agreement & any additional terms shall be governed & enforced in accordance with United States law. This Agreement is the entire agreement between you and Mobius Grid with respect to the use of Mobius Grid services & shall not be modified, except in writing, signed by an authorized representative.
